Lots of Updates!!

Hi Guys!!! sorry it's been so long. I forgot to post after the talent show and I've been really busy with school. seeing as there's only about a month left, we are all working really hard to get it all done. Anyhow, backing up to the Talent Show, I didn't win (a girl i didn't know did, she's a dancer) but i got an extra oncore of my song, to honor my mom. it was really nice. and if you were wondering about Mia, she's fine now. now FYISA is going to host a Spring Fling dance on May 13th. it seems like the Winter Formal was last week and now it's time for a Spring Fling. for a school that was hesitant to merge genders, they sure are hosting dances. (although, of course they wouldn't dare do a prom for the older grades ;)

the thing that i cut off at the end of my last post was that i realized that the actual date my mom died was April 8th. Which is the date of the talent show this year. that's really hard for me to think about. That's why, I think I am going to preform Taylor Swift's The Best Day for the talent show in honor of my mom. sorry if i dissapointed you guys, but that is what i am going to do. the winner of the poll was Firework by the way

Random Post

Wow, It's been awhile! this is kinda an update post, and kinda just a post of randomness. like this random fact: I FOUND MY GLASSES! I know you guys never knew they were lost (or even that I had them) but they've been missing since early-mid september, and I was getting mighty tired of needing to use my contacts without a choice.
in other news, we are no longer competing for chior, when we lost badly last time, we were disqualified from the next compititions. the school is having a talent show on April 8th and Mrs. Yati wants us all to partcipate in a solo, duet or trio, plus we are doing a group number. I am going to do a solo but I can't decide what song to sing. I am torn between Firework by Katy Perry, Live Like there's no Tomorrow by Selena Gomez or What Love Really Means, by JJ Heller (click here to listen to a sample) I am going to put up a poll, so please vote. this reminds me of the last talent show I sang in. Moving In

ok, well if you didn't read Mia's blog post about us boarding at FYISA, let me recap. our mom called Meline a couple weeks ago and told her that she wanted us all to start boarding at my school, Follow Your Inner Star Academy. all of us, Josefina, Amanda, Felicity and Lanie along with me and Mia. let's just say the weren't very happy about it. anyway, they agreed to go only if they were all together in a room, so the four of them got a 4 person room. Mia put in a room request and I remembered that Meghan had an extra bed in her room after her roommate switched schools over Christmas break, and decided to room with her.well, we moved in Sunday, and it isn't all that bad. i also realized i forgot to tell you about our choir competition Sunday.well, we didnt' do so good. Kade had a sore throat and couldn't come,so I had to do our duet with a boy named Jackson. unfortunatly, he didn't know song well enough, and combined with some other things, we placed 8th of 10. it obvously wasn't so good. we arn't sure when our next one is yet, but when we do, I will be sure to tell you

Winter Formal!!!

Hey guys! I just got back from the Formal and it was great! They decorated the gym to look like a real winter wonderland, with white fluff on the edges of the dance floor, and paper snowflakes hanging from the celling. it was really nice getting to know Anthony. he's a really nice guy, a little nerdy, but he has a sweet heart. he got me a corsage and everything! it was so sweet. and, Arron and Jake confessed that they have had crushes on Meghan and Tabitha since November. we all had a ton of fun dancing, and when they played Don't Stop Belivein' the whole choir went to the front and started singing! it was tons of fun! I won't tell you about Mia, she is going to update her blog when I'm done

Dress Shopping

we had a snow day today so Meghan, Tabitha and I went dress shopping! we origonally were just going to use dresses we had, but then we all got dates, so we decided to get new dresses. we tried to get Mia to come, but she wouldn't. I hope she decides just to suck it up and go, date or no date. but Iam not going to put it past her.... she claims there is somone she wants to go with, but he hasn't asked yet. I told her she should just ask him, but she dosen't like that idea much. but it's getting down to the line, the dance is tomorrow night. anyway, we went to the mall dress shopping and had so much fun! we spent ages in every store, pouring over every dress and trying on the ones we liked, and the ones we thought were funny or hidous, just for the fun of it. it ended up being really hard to choose, but Tabitha got a pink short sleeved  knee lingth dress, Meghan got a royal blue mid shin lingth dress with sheer long sleves. i finally settled on a floor linght purple dress with spagetti straps and a layered V neck. it looks soo pretty!

I got asked to the Winter Formal!! so did Meghan and Tabitha!! i got asked by a boy named Anthony. he is in my Science and English classes. he is quieter, but seems really nice. Meghan and Tabitha actually got asked out by Arron and Jake!! yep, when they said they had girls in mind, they actually said it to the girls they wanted to go with! now we all have dates. I'm going with Anthony, Meghan is going with Arron, Tabitha is going with Jake, and Kade is going with Alexis. the only person i am worred about is Mia. she said she would think about going stag with us, but since we are no longer going stag, unless she get's a date, she won't go. she says there is a person she wouldn't mind going with, but that he is also the type who would probably have a girlfriend. I told her that you never know, maybe that girlfriend he looks like he should have, is really her in a week! but she dosen't seem to belive me.........

Winter Formal

Hey guys! today was our first day back at school, and they announced that they have decided to hold a Winter Formal! in the announcements today, our Co-Principal took over for announcements and told us about it, but, of course, he did the whole "we wern't sure about encourging boy-girl relatons like this, but we decided that you would enjoy it." he needs to loosen up. but at lunch, of course we were talking about it. Kade is obvously going with Alexis, and Jake and Arron said that they have girls in mind they want to ask, so Tabitha, Meghan and I decided to go stag together. that is, if we don't get asked out by then. i am just planning on going alone. not that i wouldn't necessarly say no to anyone who asks, but i can't think of anyone who actually would want to go with me.

poor Lanie!

hey guys, Lanie has had a really bad day, and i feel really bad for her. Lanie just got news today that is is retired. she hadn't realized it and is now really upset. later this afternoon, she got a phone call, this is what i heard

"hello?"
"what?"
"but-"
...............
"I will have to think about it, thank you"

at this point, she was holding back tears that came spilling out as soon as she hung up.
"what's wrong?" all of us girls asked
sniffle "m-my family d-d-died"

"What happened?!"

"they were in a c-c-car crash"
sob

"Lanie! that's horrable!"
"oh, Lanie i am sooo sorry for you!"
"they said i have a choice, i can go and live with my aunt Hannah, or i can be adopted by you guys. I told them i have to think about it. they also said that my father didn't die on impact, he died this morning, and when he knew he was going to go, he wrote me a letter that should be here in a few days."

then she went up to her bed and sobbed. we let her go, she needed to be alone for a while.

like Lanie said, the letter will be here in a few days, and when she decides what she is doing, i will update you.

Merry Christmas!!

Merry Christmas Everyone! hope you all had great Christmasses. i got a new Laptop and a New sister for christmas!! the Laptop is Purple with black, turquise, dark purple, sliver and green stars on it with a B in the middle. so now i am blogging to you from that. I also got a new sister! her name is Mia. she is a Figure Skater. she came yesterday morning and when Meline took our picture with our presents, Mia snuck out from behind the tree to be in the picture, and when Meline showed us, we saw her and she came out and gave us all hugs.

Hey Guys! sorry i haven't been blogging lately, but with Christmas and our choir competition, i just haven't found the time. first things first. I am over Kade. he and I are still great friends, and that is exactly how it is going to stay. I like being friends with him and i don't really need a boyfriend so yeah. in other news........ we got third place at our Competition! everyone sounded great, it all went off without a hitch and we even did well in the final part where they gave us a song and gave us two hours to do something with it. our song was "Rockin Around the Christmas Tree"  and it turned out really good since we only had two hours to work on it. our next competition is January 23. we are going to work really hard and try to jump up to second. we are keeping the soloists and duets, but we are changing the songs. we haven't picked the songs we are going to use yet because after the competition, Mrs. Yati let us have a fun week and all we sang was Christmas Carols. we will be deciding the songs after we get back from break i will be sure to let you know.

Kade has a Girlfriend?!?!

yeah, you read right. Kade has a girlfriend. her name is Alexis. Kade introduced her to me today at school. now she is hanging out with us. she's not that bad, she is a cheerleader, but not a super stuckup one like most. i think i could grow to like her

I GOT THE DUET!!!!

OH. MY. GOSH! I got the duet!!!! the song is "Wouldn't Change a Thing" from Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. and best of all, guess who I get to do it with?!? Kade!!! it is soo cool! I am super excited!! we need lots of pratice, particularlly me, because i love that song and i am used to singing both parts by myself. so now, when we pratice it, i start to sing Kade's part with him, which i am not supposed to do. but i am still super excited!!!

Chior Compititon

Hey there! I was so excited about being in the movie that i forgot to tell you about my choir competition! We didn't place :( we got 5th. but that is still high enough to go to the next round. we didn't know that we were supposed to have soloists and duets for our compition but now we do so we are working on picking people to do those. I got the Girl's Solo! I am going to sing the same song I used to audtion. it is the one i wrote about my mom "Never Forget"  they also have a boy's solo, a girl's duet, a boy's duet and a boy/girl duet. Meghan and another girl, Angela got the girl's duet and Kade and Arron got the boy's duet and a boy named Christopher got the Solo. Monday Mrs. Yati is going to announce who gets to do the boy/girl duet. i kinda hope i get to do it, but i don't want to be selfish, i alredy have the solo. the next compititon is  December 19. i am really excited! Happy Thanksgiving!

Exciting News!

Ok, as you may or may not know, my sisters are all in a movie. the soft title for the movie is Codename: Aleah. my sister Felicity is playing Aleah, and Amanda is a boy named Jonathan, Josefina was the Evil Queen and Lanie is the Maid. but, the girl who played the princess got fired, so they asked Josefina to play the part. and then they asked me to be the Queen! i am going to be in a movie!!!

Updates!

Hey! Again, i am sorry for not posting in so long, i have been soo busy with school and friends. Arron, Jake and Kade have kinda joined our group. and Kade and I are bbecoming really good friends, though i haven't told him i have a crush on him yet. honestly, i don't want to make it awkward, and since i don't really want to date, (wayyy to much drama for my taste)being friends is perfectly  fine. Also, a bunch of the boy's joined the Chorus in my school, Kade included! now the Innerstar Acadmey Chorus is Eligable to enter in compititions! our first one is on Saturday. We are Singing "Do a Deer" from the Sound of Music. Mrs. Yati, our director picked that one because of all the diffrent parts for boys and girls.   in other news, Josefina has become punk. she is now making everyone call her Josie, and has taken to wearing punk looking clothes. but at the same time, she still likes going to GGA and doing her Mexican dancing. It is kinda strange, because she also wants to get highlights and a cartlige pircing. (she also want's a nose pircing, but she said she is kinda scared to do that)

hey there! sorry i couldn't post about this yesterday, but my computer kept freezing. so here is what happened at my first day of Follow Your Innerstar Academy:

Tabitha and Meghan and I all walked into the auditorium where we were instructed to go at the beginning of school. then Principle Monra came up and announced her new co-principle Mr.Mokla. he of corse said a few words along the lines of "we are so happy that Follow your star acadmey could partner with Innerstar U. this will be a momentus day" though it was longer and said something about them origonally being fearfull of mixing the boys and girls together, but that was the basic jist of it. after the assembly, we all went to our homerooms and during homeroom, Mrs. Vengaita had all of us lead someone arround. Meghan was assigned to a boy named Jake. Tabitha was assigned to a boy named Arron and i was assigned to Kade. since the rest of the day was devoted to us showing the boys arround, expesally to their classrooms, Meghan, Tabitha, Jake, Arron, Kade and I all kinda toured together. it was really fun! and ya know, Kade is kinda cute :) he has these really pretty blue eyes. and georgous brown hair that kinda falls into his face, but it isn't too long. i hate guys with really long hair, it bugs me. ;)
